Required documents

- 2 photos (3×4cm)
- Official transcript of High school or University
- Diploma – Apostille or Consular confirmation is reuired
- Photocopy of Applicant's Passport
- Bank statement more than 8,000 USD
- All documents should be submitted in English or Korean translated
- Depending on the home country, some of the above documents may be waived or required more documents.
Fees Information

Tuition Fee :
- Seoul Language Center : 1,300,000KRW/semester(10weeks)
- Namyangju Campus : 1,300,000KRW/semester(10weeks)
- Pocheon Campus : 1,100,000KRW/semester(10weeks)
- Application Fee : 50,000KRW Non refundable
- Materials : 78,000KRW/semester

Dormitory :
- Namyangju Campus : 190,000KRW/month(Triple Share), 260,000KRW(Twin Share)
- Pocheon Campus : 230,000KRW/month(Twin Share)
- Airport Pickup : Airport pickup is free if you arrive at airport on designated date by the univ.
- Minimum enrollment period is 6 months(2 semesters) to apply D-4 visa
Refund Policy
- Application fee is non-refundable.
- For whatever reason you may later have to quit your studies at KEC, e.g. personal issues, transferring to another school, or having to go back to your home country, the fees paid for the first 6 months are non-refundable.
- In the cases of rejection in admission by KEC OR rejection in granting visa from empassy, your fees will be refunded (excluding application fee)

In the following cases, the fees you have paid in advanced for the subsequent semester(s) can be refunded
- Medical issues (doctor’s certificate required)
- If the university determines he/she cannot continue to study at KEC
- Before the class start date : Full refund
- 1~8 Weeks : Tuition fee - (20%+10%*weeks)
